No official dates yet but...
I would consider going back and playing that again!
I have been playing on unofficial vanilla servers for a while. Started on nostalrius, then elysium, now light's hope. We just killed kel'thuzad. I will probably follow my current guild on light's hope into classic retail.
I think the original nostalrius devs are the ones behind official classic servers.
Of course this all depends on the quality of WoW classic. It's always possible that blizzard will change it and corrupt it like they have done with normal retail. If that happens I will stay with unofficial servers.
release date summer 2019. I will almost certainly be playing.
I am still playing on unofficial servers right now.
I'm going to be playing Classic for sure. Battle for Azeroth is alright, but I still prefer the old days.
My guild is #1 Horde Naxx execution in the world:
WoW Classic has been wonderful for Naxx in that it is the first time in WoW history that the original Naxx has been continually played.
In original Vanilla, TBC was released too quickly such that there was no prolonged end game for Naxx. Then on all of the private servers I played on (Feenix, Nostalrius, Anathema, Elysium, Lightshope, and Northdale) the culture was always one of "fresh" where the player base would start to lust for a fresh server immediately after the very first KT kills. WoW Classic is different for Naxx in that TBC is coming but not too quickly. This means everyone is continuing to run Naxx in preparation for TBC. So for the first time in WoW history, players have a real opportunity to develop and improve the meta game for Naxx.
